What is your return policy?
30 Day Return Policy.
You may return any Donna Sharp or Your Lifestyle purchase for any reason within 30 days from the receiving date and get a full refund minus original shipping costs if any were charged. Customers are responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. All returned products must be in their original packaging. You must receive a return authorization number in order to return. You can get an RMA # by any of the following ways: calling 1-888-810-1003, emailing support@amhertex.com or logging into your account online and requesting a return authorization number from the order history. The return authorization number must be placed on the outside of the box as well as on the return form. All returns without a return authorization number on the return label will be rejected and returned to the shipping party.

Where is your product made?
For the past 20 years our product has been produced by skilled artisans at certified manufacturers in China. All design, sales, marketing, IT, accounting, logistics, and customer service is handled at our home office in Kentucky. All QA and production is done in China.

Why are my sales taxes estimated?
Why are my sales taxes estimated? The amount appearing on your order as “Estimated Sales Tax” may differ from the sales taxes ultimately charged. Many factors can change between the time you place your order and when your order ships. The actual taxes charged will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped.
